Using Riot Games website to check League of Legends server status
Players can visit the Riot Games service status page and check the status of all Riot’s games including Legends of Runeterra, VALORANT, Wild Rift, and of course, League of Legends.
If there are no issues, the page will show ‘No recent issues or events to report.’ Players can also check recently closed messages and can bring an issue to Riot’s notice by clicking on ‘REPORT AN ISSUE’. Select individual games to go to their specific service status pages. How to report issues on Riot Games server status page
Here is how you can report an issue on the Riot Games server status page.
- Click on ‘REPORT AN ISSUE' and select the game. This will take you to the support page for that game.
- Here you can choose from different categories like account recovery, safety, ranked gameplay, lag, low FPS, login, patching and crashing etc., or directly type in your issue in the search bar.
- If you don’t find what you’re looking for scroll down and select the ‘/ Submit A Ticket’ option.
