Valorant Patch 7.09: New Agent Iso, Agent Changes, Weapon Updates, More
A big win for Cypher mains.
The final season of the year has gone live, Episode 7 Act 3, along with Valorant Patch 7.09, which brings along many changes, including a buff for Cypher and nerfs for Fade, Skye, and Raze.
This patch finally introduces some much-needed Agent changes to shake up the meta slightly, updates to weapons, and the introduction of the latest Duelist from China called Iso.
The size of this update is going to be significant as it introduces a new battlepass to all players along with a horde of new skins and items for players to grind.

Valorant Patch 7.09 - Complete Details
Valorant drops a good number of updates, changes, and additions through an entire Act, especially when it begins and towards the end of its duration. These tend to be significant in different ways or simply introduce some quality-of-life changes to improve the overall gameplay.
Valorant Patch 7.09: Agent Updates
Iso
New Agent Iso releases in Valorant. He is a Duelist from China and is armed with quite a unique ultimate which makes him stand out from the rest.

Undercut (Q) | Base Charge 0, Total Charges 2, Cost 200 Creds
Contingency (C) | Base Charge 0, Total Charges 1, Cost 250 Creds

Cypher
Trapwire (C)
Time to concuss a trapped enemy decreased from 3 to 1.5 seconds.
After the trap successfully concusses an enemy or the concussed enemy is killed, Trapwire (C) now re-arms after 0.5 seconds instead of getting destroyed.
The slow duration after being hit by the trap has been increased from 0.75 to 2 seconds.
Skye
Trailblazer (Q)
Trailblazer's collision with Trapwire has been adjusted in such a way that it passes from beneath it when placed at mid-height.
This will not affect the hitboxes for weapon damage.
Fade
Prowler (C)
Prowler's collision with Trapwire has been adjusted in such a way that it passes from over it when placed at foot height and under it when placed at head height.
This will not affect the hitboxes for weapon damage.
Raze
Paint Shells (E)
Primary grenade explosion radius reduced from 6m to 5.5m
Secondary grenade explosion radius reduced from 6m to 5.25m
Primary grenade explosion minimum damage reduced from 15 to 1
Secondary grenade explosion minimum damage reduced from 15 to 1
Damage multiplier to enemy utility reduced from 250% to 100%
Blast Pack (Q)
Satchel no longer deals damage until fully armed
Satchel arm time increased from 0.5 to1.5 seconds
Valorant Patch 7.09: Weapon Updates
Judge
Reduced maximum magazine size from 7 to 5 bullets
Increased Jumping spread from 1.25 to 2.25
Increased Running spread from 0.10 to 0.75
Valorant Patch 7.09: Player Behaviour Updates
When reporting others in the game, there is now an added option to also mute the player that has just been reported by you.
Valorant Patch 7.09: Social Updates
Updated the icons that appear in the Friends List when friends are playing other Riot Games.
Detect people in Riot Mobile and TFT, and display unique icons for people playing these games.
People who are online in Riot Mobile have a "gray dot" Player Card Image.
The failsafe "Unknown Product" icon is now a red Riot fist instead of the gray dot.
Updated the icons shown for people in League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, and WildRift.
Valorant Patch 7.09: Premier Updates
There are a few new features that have been added to Valorant Premier from this season onwards and all of them have been explained below in brief.
Premier Practice
Teams can now queue for practice matches on select non-match days. These games will follow a Premier match structure but will not affect their Premier Scores.
Timeouts
Across all Premier matches, teams will have one timeout per side and an additional timeout during the overtime.
Enrollment Update
Team Enrollment will now run for one and a half days, all teams created during and before this period will be able to recruit members and participate in Premier at any point in the Stage.
Playoff Seeding
Going forward, teams with higher Premier Scores will have more favorable seeding in the Playoff tournament.
Playoff Queue
From now on there will be a seeding period of 15 minutes for improved matchmaking. During this time, teams have to lock in and stay queued.
Premier Crests
From this Premier Stage onwards, crests will reflect a team's performance which will keep evolving over the entire Stage.
Valorant Patch 7.09: Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where some people’s hardware configurations resulted in a white screen at login.
Fixed a rare issue where detaching from a rope would cause a footstep noise.
These are all the changes that were introduced to Valorant along with the latest Valorant Patch 7.09 which also marks the conclusion of Episode 7 Act 2 and the initiation of Episode 7 Act 3, final season for the title this year.
