According to Esports Charts, the peak viewers number was 38.2% higher, the average viewers figure was 44.7% higher and Valorant Champions 2022 finals also saw a 38% increase in the hours watched segment.

OpTic Gaming from North America has been featured in all three matches, making the team one of the most famous international Valorant rosters. OpTic also reached one million concurrent viewers in the Reykjavík 2022 final versus LOUD.
Notably, Valorant Champions was broadcast on Twitch, Afreeca TV, Trovo, YouTube, and Facebook. Riot Games brought some of the biggest streamers and content creators in Valorant to Istanbul, Turkey and this paid off big time.
Additionally, the matchup between EDward Gaming and Paper Rex on Day 1 of Valorant Champions 2022 became the most viewed opening match across all Valorant Champions Tour events to date with over 760,000 peak concurrent viewers tuning in, according to data from Esports Charts.

It went on sale on 23rd August and will be available until 21st September. Riot stated that 50% of the net proceeds from the sales will go toward the teams and this indicates that Riot Games has already generated over $32 Million USD through the sale.
