Here’s everything you need to know about LoL Patch 13.14.

Riot Games’ summer break is over and after three weeks of playing on League of Legends (LoL) Patch 13.13, we can finally buckle in for the next chapter of this season. Following this brief break, the developers have come back with a bucketload of changes including buffs nerfs, and system adjustments. Notably, a total of 18 champions are featured on LoL Patch 13.14, and ten items will be getting tweaked in this upcoming patch.

Lead Designer: League Balance Team & Preseason Matt Leung-Harrison aka Riot Phroxzon noted that Riot Games will be making “modernizations” for some mages and nerfing some of the more potent jungle outliers for this patch.

Here’s everything you need to know about LoL Patch 13.14.

LoL Patch 13.14: Champion buffs and nerfs, Naafiri’s debut

Firstly, LoL Patch 13.14 will see the release of Naafiri and her pack of growling dogs. This Darkin Assassin has been tagged as a newbie-friendly assassin who dishes out tons of damage at the same time. Naafiri is League of Legends’ 164th champion and the second newcomer for Season 13 after Milio.

Riot Games finally revealed its next champion, Naafiri.

The champions who are receiving significant nerfs in this patch include Hecarim, Jax, Karthus, Kindred, Milio, Rell, Rengar, Rek’Sai, and Sion. Meanwhile, Yorick will be getting several adjustments to his kit.

On the other hand, Aatrox, Diana, Lissanda, Shaco (Attack Damage [AD] build), Shyvana, Volibear, Xerath, and Zyra, are all getting some love in the form of buffs.

System Buffs, Nerfs, and Adjustments in LoL Patch 13.14

The system buffs are directed at the following items in League of Legends:

  • Axiom Arc

  • Prowler's Claw

  • Randuin's Omen

  • Spear of Shojin

  • Spirit Visage

  • Sterak's Gage

Meanwhile, Galeforce is the only item that is on the chopping block as its cooldown will be seeing an increase.

After so many years, Riot Games will be adjusting the numbers for red and blue buffs. This is directly to nerf the power of early ganks but Riot Games is compensating it with giving the buffs more gold.

The other system adjustments are as follows:

  • Ghost

  • Infinity Edge

  • Statikk Shiv (especially to deal with mages like LeBlanc)

  • Trinity Force

Soul Fighter: 2023 Summer Event

Riot Games announced that Soul Fighter would be a six-week event taking over the world of Runeterra with new game modes, skins, champions, and more. The following will be made available in League of Legends with LoL Patch 13.14:
