Sibol to investigate allegations against SEA Games representatives

Through a Facebook post, the official SEA games national team in the Philippines issued an official statement that they are aware of the allegations that some of its representatives have been facing.

“Rest assured that we are looking into the matter in order to determine the correct course of action,” Sibol captioned.

The organization stated “Team Sibol abides by the spirit of honor in competition. As such we will do what is necessary to protect the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and fair play in representing the country.”

Sibol investigation may be about the WPE misconduct allegations

Fans speculate that the investigation was for WPE.

The issue started when the pro player, Jerem, posted allegations toward WPE on his social media handles. A livestream was also posted where an alleged insider from WPE revealed that the team cheated to increase their odds of winning the Sibol Qualifiers
