Valorant teams from different regions are about to take on each other in the first international tournament of the 2023 competitive season, the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2023 LOCK//IN São Paulo, scheduled to take place from 13th February to 4th March.
Ahead of this competition, Dr Rushindra Sinha - Founder and CEO of Global Esports, has been actively communicating with the fans and supporters of the South Asian representatives on various topics straight from Brazil.
During one such interaction, Rushindra shared the salaries of professional Valorant players from different countries and regions like India, North America, Europe, and Asia.

It is a known fact that Valorant players from different countries do not earn the same amount of salary because of the varying skill level and other factors that determine the value of an esports athlete.
During a recent livestream interaction, Rushindra revealed the average salaries of Valorant players from different countries and regions. On the basis of statements and data provided by him, this is how the average salary currently varies across India, North America, Europe, and Asia.
Average salary of Valorant players from India
INR 1,00,000 to 2,00,000 per month
Average salary of Valorant players from North America
$25,000 (INR 20,65,711) to $30,000 USD (INR 24,78,854) per month
Average salary of Valorant players from Europe
INR 10,00,000 per month
Average salary of Valorant players from Asia
INR 5,00,000 to INR 10,00,000 per month
Having provided a ballpark figure of average Valorant player salaries based on his knowledge of the regions, Rushindra further said "This is just the average standard. There are of course people above it and then there are people below it. I'm just telling you the average, but yes that is the salary for Valorant pros (tier one) from rest of the world."
Adding to this, he pointed out that tier two Valorant players from North America earn a base salary of $5,000 USD (INR 4,13,142). While the best from among those earn anywhere between $10,000 (INR 8,26,285) to $15,000 USD (INR 12,39,427).
