MiTH Crowned as Champions of AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational

After a week of intense competition the AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational 2022 has concluded with MiTH (Made in Thailand) walking away as the champion, handing a clean '3-0' defeat to Bigetron Arctic (BTR) in the grand final.
The team from Thailand continued its brilliant form going undefeated in the Playoffs to walk away as the winner, besting all 16 teams from the SEA (Southeast Asia) region that were invited to compete in this tournament.
Overall, MiTH dropped just one out of the 10 maps that it played during the course of the AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational 2022, showcasing sublime form and a hunger to improve on its performance by earning that first place finish.

The all out SEA tournament featuring a total prize pool of $25,000 USD (INR 20,42,679) and 16 of the best teams from the region, concluded yesterday on 4th December after a week of high octane action.
Group Stage
All participants were divided into four groups of four teams each, with the top two teams from each group moving ahead to the Playoffs. The eight teams that qualified were:

The top two teams from Group-A, MiTH and Bigetron Arctic, managed to beat their opponents in the quarter and semifinals to face each other in the grand final.
During the Group Stage, BTR had handed a super close defeat to MiTH on Bind, during its qualification match. This was the only map that MiTH conceded during the course of this event, giving a solid response in the final match of the tournament by handing a clean '3-0' exit to its Indonesian opponents.

Nantapol "Kongared" Boonying from MiTH was named as the MVP (Most Valubale Player) of AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational, having achieved an overall KDA of 1.9, ACS of 178, along with a headshot percentage of 17.9%.
MiTH has been in great form during the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) OffSeason, placing third at the Valorant India Invitational: SEA Qualifier, then moving on to qualify for the Skyesports SEA Championship where it finished second, and finally doing everything right to walk away as the champion of the AfreecaTV Valorant SEA Invitational.
