The champions featured in this boy band are Ezreal, Kayn, Aphelios, Yone, K'Sante and Sett.
Boy Band HEARTSTEEL's debut single titled "PARANOIA" will premier on 23rd October.

Riot Games has finally a put a rest to all the rumors surrounding the virtual boy band in League of Legends. In the past, League of Legends fans were treated to bands like K/DA and True Damage and for months now, the community has been talking about a new boy band in the making. On 12th October, Riot Games tweeted, "We're working on it," and posted an image filled with many clues about the boy band.

Now, a few days later on 16th October, Riot Games has officially unveiled the League of Legends boy band called HEARTSTEEL. According to Riot Games' official press release, "HEARTSTEEL is a group of dynamic daredevils dedicated to unapologetic individuality and creative expression."

Here's all we know about HEARTSTEEL and its members.


Who Are the Members of HEARTSTEEL?

Firstly, Riot Games made it ample clear that HEARTSTEEL's mission is to "blaze a path to success on its own terms." The group’s personality and sound is inspired by multiple genres and modern music collectives and eras, culminating in this bold, one-of-a-kind identity.

The members of HEARTSTEEL are as follows:

  • Ezreal: Vocalist

  • Kayn: Rapper, Instrumentalist

  • Aphelios: Instrumentalist, Songwriter

  • Yone: Producer

  • K’Sante: Co-leader, Vocalist

  • Sett: Co-leader, Rapper

While the initial rumors speculated that the boy band would be voiced by Kpop band ATEEZ and EXO's Baekhyun, only one of those held true.

Riot Games said, "HEARTSTEEL will feature collaborations with renowned musical artists from a variety of genres."

Exo's Baekhyun is Ezreal, ØZI is Sett, Tobi Lou is K'Sante. Notably, Kayn will be voiced by Cal Scruby.

Baekhyun is a member of the K-pop group EXO and Super M, and is recognized as one of the top vocalists in the K-pop world. Meanwhile, Cal Scruby is a Los Angeles based rapper.

Likewise, ØZI is a singer-songwriter who was born in Los Angeles and raised in Taipei. Riot added, "His versatility as a singer-songwriter, music producer, performer, and creative director has earned him countless accolades in the industry."

K'Sante's voice Tobi Lou is a multi-talented artist who has made a significant impact on the contemporary music scene. He was born in Nigeria but raised in Chicago.

What Is HEARTSTEEL's Debut Single? When Is It Releasing?

HEARTSTEEL's first single is called "PARANOIA," noted Riot Games. The song will be released worldwide on 23rd October and fans can watch the “PARANOIA” music video on YouTube or listen to the track on all major listening platforms starting on 23rd October at 8:00AM PT.


Talking about HEARTSTEEL, Global Head of Music and Events at Riot Games Maria Egan said, "The ethos of HEARTSTEEL is a supergroup of musical soulmates greater than the sum of its parts - a philosophy that our community embodies every day through their dedication to our games.

HEARTSTEEL will join the likes of virtual musical bands K/DA, Pentakill and True Damage of League of Legends.
