Call of Duty Warzone’s latest patch brings in a number of bug fixes and the PPSh-41 also got some fine tuning in the process. Season Two of Warzone and Vanguard is off to a good start but there are still plenty of issues that players brought up in Season One and are yet to be addressed. The PPSh-41 got some much needed buffs with the weapon now dealing 1.3X increased damage to the neck, up from the previous 1.1 multiplier. Nebula V rounds which were introduced in Season Two were not working as intended and players were running around with infinite ammo on their primary weapons.

Warzone Season Two February Patch Overview

The newest Warzone Season Two patch finally puts an end to the infinite Nebula rounds meta. Prior to the patch, players were able to buff their weapons with infinite Nebula rounds and the buggy Caldera map only made things worse. With a number of objects in the map not correctly blocking damage, players were dying behind cover very frequently.

The new update addresses collision issues with various objects in Caldera that allowed players to peek, exploit or shoot through them.

  • Fixed an issue causing infinite Nebula V Rounds to be applied to primary Weapons.

  • Fixed an issue causing placeholder images and descriptions to appear in various Store Bundles.

  • Fixed an issue causing placeholder descriptions to appear in various Operator, Weapon, and Camo Unlock Challenges.

  • Fixed the rarity label on various Blueprints, Calling Cards, and Charms.

  • Fixed an issue causing visual inconsistencies with some dynamic Weapon icons.

  • Fixed an issue causing certain Store Bundles to unlock incorrect content.

  • Fixed an issue causing Sleight of Hand to shorten reload animations on some Weapons.

  • Fixed an issue causing incorrect statistics and pros/cons to display for Assault Rifle Alpha (VG) Barrels.

  • Fixed an issue with incorrect spelling and space in morse code subtitles.

Warzone February update: Gameplay changes

The new Warzone update makes it easy for players to get and complete bounties in Vanguard Royale, Battle Royale and Plunder modes.

  • Updated Contract distribution in Battle Royale, Vanguard Royale, and Plunder modes to better favor Bounties.

  • Removed Stun Grenades from the Gulag.

  • Added Gas Grenades, Medical Syringes, and Thermites to the Gulag

Warzone February update: Weapon changes

The PPSh-41 (VG) got some much-needed changes to finally bring its neck damage multiplier up to match the headshot multiplier.
