Law firm Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote completed its investigation against 16-year-old Valorant player Ashton “Frosty” Rakoske.
Rakoske, who plays for Knights' Valorant roster, was accused of sexual assault in December 2021.
However, the player has engaged in inappropriate and disrespectful behavior according to the firm, which may lead to punishment for the player.

Third-party investigators working with Riot Games submitted its findings of a recent investigation. The situation involves Valorant player Ashton “Frosty” Rakoske who was accused of sexual assault. The 16-year-old Valorant player was accused by his former partner in December 2021. Riot Games is still assessing the situation and it may or may not lead to further action from the publisher.

Riot Games is still reviewing the results of the investigation

The investigation by law firm Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote found out that Rakoske had engaged in inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. But his actions do not fall under sexual assault according to the firm.

Riot Games is still reviewing Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote’s findings. Rakoske may receive further punishment if the publisher deems it necessary. Knights will be taking disciplinary actions and reformative measures against the player to help him “mature and grow” according to the official statement posted by it.

Knights feels that the player would benefit from guidance and support. Rakoske will go through training sessions about respectful communication sensitivity. The esports organization will try to encourage personal development and is looking to seek assistance from mental health coach to facilitate the process.

Rakoske has apologized for his actions and said that he will improve himself. He said on Twitter, “While the investigation determined the allegations to be false, it did make me take a hard look at my attitude and behavior throughout my past relationship. I am committed to learning, looking inward, and taking real steps to improve myself – particularly the way I communicate in personal relationships.”

Rakoske’s former partner is unhappy with the results of the investigation and she said that “reducing” the text message screenshots of the Valorant player “manipulating her” to be deemed as disrespectful, and not treating it as sexual assault was disheartening. She stated on Twitter that she does not regret coming out and still stands by everything she said when she accused the player last year.

If Riot Games deems it necessary, Rakoske may be imposed with an appropriate punishment due to his behavior that was highlighted by the law firm. But it is yet to come to a concrete decision on the matter.
