Apex Legends Season 11 is around the corner and Respawn Entertainment will be revealing its next Stories From the Outlands cinematic on 18th October. The seasonal cinematics give players a first-look at characters, and in some cases, new maps as well. Apex Legends Season 11 will launch with a new legend and it is also expected to receive a brand-new map as part of the year-end update.

There are leaks suggesting that Ash might be the next legend coming to Apex and there have been in-game hints in Apex’s Arenas game mode that suggests the same as well. If the leaks are true, this could be the biggest connection we have between Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends till date. Here is how you can check out Apex Legends Season 11’s Stories from The Outlands Cinematic live when it launches tomorrow.

Apex Legends Season 11: Stories From The Outlands Release Date

The new Stories From the Outlands cinematic will air on 18th October at 8 AM PST. You can set a reminder on YouTube via the embedded video below to be reminded once the video goes live.

Unlike previous cinematics, Respawn has kept all details about the upcoming season under wraps. The Arenas host ‘Ash’ is expected to join as the game’s new legend. The character was first featured in Titanfall 2 and in Apex Legends, she was introduced as Dr. Ashleigh Reid.

What to expect from Apex Legends Season 11

In addition to a new legend, Apex Legends is expected to get a new map which was first leaked back in 2020 along with Olympus by well-known data miner ‘Shrugtal.’ Both Tropic Island and Olympus were discovered by the data miner, and Respawn went on to release Olympus in Season 7 while Tropic Island is yet to be added to the game. It looks like the map is still in development with Shrugtal posting a video about the new map and revealing that vehicles will be making a return on the new map. With the annual map yet to release, it is very likely that Season 11 will introduce the ‘Tropic Island’ map.

Aside the new map and legend, it is unknown if any new weapons will be added next season. The game will also get a new battle pass, limited-time events and the Arenas-exclusive reward tracks that are introduced every season.
