British Formula One driver Lando Norris’ esports organization ‘Quadrant’ has signed a new Halo Infinite roster. Norris launched Quadrant last year with a focus on content creation but that is set to change with the signing of a new esports team that will be competing in the Halo Championship Series (HCS).
Quadrant Halo Roster Overview
Norris himself revealed the new roster which will be competing in the HCS 2021-2022 season. The new Quadrant Halo roster features:
Sonny “Fragxr” Marchaland
Paul “Nurix” Villemont
Norwen “SLG” Le Galloudec
Sébastien “TchiK” Darriet
The four players competed together in the HCS Europe Major Raleigh 2021 Qualifier this month. The team also got second place in all the Halo Europe Open Series events this year. The four players will be looking to earn a slice of the $250,000 prize pool that will be available in the HCS.
The 2021-2022 HCS season will feature majors in Kansas and Orlando along with the Valencia EU Regional. It will lead up to the world championship which is set to take place from 20th to 23rd October in 2022.
Norris revealed in the official announcement, “I’ve loved watching Halo since it launched last month and I made sure we moved quickly to sign one of Europe's most talented rosters to our team. I’ve set the goals high and the team is just as passionate as I am, so let’s go get our first win!"
The Quadrant roster has shown promise in the European circuit already through its recent performances at the Halo Europe Open Series events. Fans will be excited to see how the team performs in the upcoming Valencia EU Regional.
