The new update will also bring the biggest changes to World's Edge to date, with brand new locations and gondola carts for movement.
The new season will go live on 3rd August once Season 9 ends.

Apex Legends’ Season 10 gameplay trailer has just been released and Respawn finally dropped all the information we need to know on what’s coming to the game next month. The upcoming update will feature a new legend, a new weapon, a fully revamped World’s Edge map, ranked Arenas mode, limited time events, and more. The highlight of the upcoming update which hits on 3rd August is undoubtedly the Ranked Arenas mode which was supposed to go live this season but Respawn had to delay it. Here is everything you need to know about Apex Legends Season 10.

Apex Legends Season 10?: What’s new

New Legend: Seer

Apex Legends Season 10 will introduce a brand-new legend, ‘Seer’ who has tracking capabilities. He is the second tracker in the game after Bloodhound. Respawn Entertainment has released his official trailer but has not given any information regarding his skill cooldowns just yet. The legend will be unlockable at launch for Legend Tokens or Apex Coins. A special limited-time bundle is also expected to release with an exclusive skin for Seer sometime after Season 10 launches.

New weapon: Rampage LMG

The new Rampage LMG will be capable of using ordinances as ammo, making it the first of its kind in Apex Legends. It is likely that the ability to boost its damage using grenades will be similar to how the Sentinel can boost its damage using shield cells. The Rampage LMG will also be the first weapon that is capable of breaking down doors.

World’s Edge update

World’s Edge is getting some major changes due to an explosion wiping out multiple locations. A detailed look at all the changes coming to World’s Edge can be found here. It will be interesting to see if the map changes are well-received by the community as it is the competitive map for all Global Series tournaments.

Ranked Arenas

Arenas’ ranked mode is finally coming to the game after being delayed this season. There will be exclusive rewards to earn from the mode. There will be one map from each of the larger battle royale maps available as part of Apex Legends Season 10 Ranked Arenas.

Other Updates

In addition to all of the above changes, players can also expect a new heirloom, limited-time events, new cosmetics, and a brand-new battle pass with unlockable cosmetics.
