The new Apex Legends update is bringing forth big updates to weapons, and changes to legends. Additionally, the Season 14 leaks also indicate that new legend Vantage and her pet bat Echo are making their way onto the Apex Games. Apart from these expected changes, the Apex Legends community also received some sweet news about Season 14: Hunted’s potential new weapon skins, collection event, and also the next heirloom in the game via leaks.
Apex Legends Season 14 Heirloom Leaks: What We Know
Heirlooms are the most sought-after cosmetics in Apex Legends. An heirloom is a legend-specific melee item that players can buy by spending Heirloom Shards obtained from Apex Packs. Loba mains have been asking for her heirloom for a very long time and Respawn Entertainment might just have it ready for release in Season 14.
Apex Legends data miner SenosApex claims to have discovered the Heirloom that will be packed along with the Season 14 update. They wrote, “I believe this is the collection event for the xxxx Heirloom.” This has led to fans and players believing that the next Heirloom could possibly belong to an agent whose name has four letters - Loba. Adding more context to the Loba heirloom leak, another user Psamatheh claimed that Apex Legends leaker Ezra_RC had indicated that Loba’s heirloom would be a war fan.
Apex Legends Season 14: New Collection Event
Dataminers have also reportedly leaked the next collection event in Apex Legends coming along with Season 14. Leakers have found data suggesting that the next collection event in the game is codenamed “HunterPredator” to fit the hunter-safari theme of the season. On 15th May, a Twitter user named HYPERMYST posted a screenshot of potential new skins in the game and confirmed that the textures were not rendered then and that they were just placeholders.
The skins featured were for CAR SMG, the Wingman, the Hemlock, and the Longbow.
Likewise, the HunterPredator collection event skins were also leaked by Twitter user SenosApex who shared screenshots of the alleged new weapon skins. According to them, Fuse, Gibraltar, and Revenant could be getting epic tier skins during the event.
Since Respawn Entertainment has not confirmed any of these leaks regarding the new HunterPredator skins and the new Loba heirloom, fans should take them with a pinch of salt. However, with the new update dropping tomorrow, all secrets will be unveiled officially. Season 14 Hunted looks promising with a much-requested level cap increase also on the horizon. The level cap will be increased with three new tiers of 1-500, making the effective level cap 2000.
