Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa is one of the biggest streamers on Twitch and has 6.18 Million followers on the platform. According to Streamer Charts, she had a peak viewership of 82,000 on 17th October 2022, making it her highest peak viewership on Twitch. She is known for her Just Chatting and ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) streams. On 5th February, Amouranth went on Félix “xQc” Lengyel’s podcast, an episodic show where he interviews top streamers and celebrities. While talking to xQc, Amouranth opened up about her proudest moment or achievement as a streamer and touched upon her charity streams.

Amouranth talks about her charity streams

During the podcast with xQc, he asked his viewers to give him good questions to ask Amouranth and one of the questions was about Amouranth’s proudest moment as a streamer or a creator. Replying to this, Amouranth said, “I stream so much that it all kind of blends together after a while. Hmm. I guess the proudest moment will probably be whenever I do charity streams for animal shelters. Even though they don’t do as good in views because I’m not in a hot tub and I have clothes on,” she explained.

Anouranth talked about how cool it is to stream from these shelters and play with the dogs and walk them. She added that it is very cool to raise money via donations and to post about the animals on social media and try and get them adopted.  Amouranth added, “Those are probably my proudest moments… When I get to bring wholesome content that actually makes a difference locally. It’s pretty cool.

xQc was quick to call the answer a really interesting one and said he was not expecting that at all. He added, “If I were to answer the same question, I’d be [talking] about some game achievements or like that. Some sort of stream achievement. It wouldn't be doing actual good in the world because, yeah, I don’t really do that very often.

Amouranth’s love for rescuing animals

In the same stream, Amouranth also talked about her vision for the future. She said she wants to use her stream to educate people about animals and rescue animals. She said, “And I want to rescue dogs and horses. I want to either have my own sanctuary or I want to be able to work at an existing sanctuary and support it with huge donations. Fund it and help save more animals.” She added that she also wants to have a big ranch on hundreds of acres where people can pay a visit and experience the ranch lifestyle and hang out with animals.

Last year, Amouranth revealed that she was forced to do a lot of the hot tub streams and OnlyFans content against her will and claimed that her husband Nick Lee controlled her finances and social media accounts.

She later took a break from streaming to spend time with the animals. On 19th October 2022, Amouranth rode her horses and many viewers found the stream wholesome and inspiring.
