The final competitors have been locked in.
Blizzard Entertainment has released a lot of updates for the upcoming Overwatch World Cup 2023 including information about its venue, schedule, format, ticket prices, and more. Well, with the regional online conferences coming to an end, we can also add details about the final 16 qualified teams to this mix.
A total of 15 teams from three different regional leagues, Americas Conference (AMER), Europe-Middle East Conference (EMEC), and Asia-Pacific Conference (APAC) have cemented a slot for themselves in the Overwatch World Cup 2023.
They will be joined by a directly invited team from China, as multiple health and regional restrictions had made it impossible to host the regional qualifiers for this country.
Here are all the 16 finalists who will be facing each other in the Group Stage of the Overwatch World Cup 2023.
Overwatch World Cup 2023: All Qualified Teams and Countries
Each regional conference was split into two groups, both functioning as separate qualifiers, the first group granting three slots to the main event while the second group granted just two. This setup was quite unique and resulted in five teams from each regional league securing a spot for their respective country in the finals.
Here are all the 16 teams that will clash against each other on LAN at the Anaheim Convention Center located in California, USA.
