XDefiant Beta System Requirements: Minimum and Recommended

XDefiant, Ubisoft’s latest venture into shooters is currently in closed beta testing. The game has received a lot of attention since its closed beta launch, with console and PC players waiting to get their hands on a code to experience all that XDefiant has to offer. XDefiant system requirements are not that demanding, a mid-low tier PC will be able to handle it. Ubisoft is developing the game using their own engine Snowdrop (made in collaboration with Massive Entertainment). Here is all you need to know about XDefiant's system requirements. 

XDefiant system requirements: Minimum 

Here are the minimum requirements for XDefiant Closed Beta:

Minimum requirements (1080p at 30 frames per second)

• Operating system Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 (64-bit versions)

• Processor AMD Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.1 GHz, Intel Core i5-4690k @ 3.5 GHz, or better

• RAM 8 GB (running dual-channel mode)

• Video card AMD Radeon RX 560 (4 GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti (4 GB), or better

• Hard drive 45 GB available storage

• DirectX version DirectX 11

XDefiant system requirements: Recommended

Recommended requirements (1080p at 60 frames per second)

• Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit versions)

• Processor AMD Ryzen 5 1500X @ 3.2 GHz, Intel Core i7-4790 @ 3.6 GHz, or better

• RAM 16 GB (running dual-channel mode)

• Video card AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB), or better

• Hard drive 45 GB available storage (SSD recommended)

• DirectX version DirectX 11

Laptop models of video cards may work, as long as their performance is similar to the minimum requirements.

Resolutions for high-tier configurations

Ubisoft also has recommendations available for playing the game at higher resolutions. Recommended configurations for higher resolutions in the XDefiant Closed Beta are as follows:

 Recommended 4K configuration (2160p, 60 frames per second)

• Processor Intel Core I7-8700K @ 3.7 GHz or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X @ 4.3 GHz

• RAM 16 GB (running dual-channel mode)

• Video card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 TI (11 GB) or AMD Radeon VII (16 GB)
