The Concordia security room key is a Key in Escape from Tarkov that comes into play on the new Streets of Tarkov map. As the name suggests, it is used to gain access to the security room inside the Concordia building. Players need to have the Concordia Security room key in order to complete the Surveillance mission given by Sergey Arsenyevich Samoylov also known as trader Mechanic in Escape from Tarkov. The key weighs 0.01 kg and its grid size is 1x1.

Location of the lock for the Concordia Security Room key
To access the lock, you need to head over to the huge basement parking lot of the Concordia building which is situated opposite the Collapsed Crane. Your PMC will start just outside the Concordia building near the basketball court and in front of door number 1.
When you enter through Door 1, take the left and enter the sequence of doors in your path to go down to the basement. Once you are in the parking garage, you are going to have to take an immediate left and go in between the red forklift and the wall. You will immediately notice a door with a red light and this is where you will use your Concordia security room key.
Upon entering the security room, you will have access to a bunch of loose loot and weapons mods. You can access:

1x Safe
Loose loot (Weapon mods)
Surveillance Quest Explained
Additionally, the Concordia security room key is required for the Surveillance quest given by the Mechanic. The quest objectives are as follows:
Obtain the data on vehicle movement at the Concordia residential complex parking lot on Streets of Tarkov
Hand over the information
The data is stored in a working hard drive and this hard drive has multiple spawn locations inside the security room. They are as follows:
On the computer under the left side of the corner desk.
Between the desktop and the drawers on the right side of the corner desk.
In the pizza box on the safe in the back left.
In the compartment under the right side desk.
