The Warzone 2.0 Crossbow follows the same philosophy as other great weapon builds, you want to maximize the damage range and your bullet velocity. Once you achieve optimal numbers on both of those stats, you can work on quality-of-life upgrades like aim-down sights (ADS) speed and handling. Here are the recommended attachments for the weapon.
