The new Valorant patch 3.09 has gone live and with it new bugs, including one that is stopping players from entering matches, have emerged again. Players have started facing this issue again while trying to enter the queue. Some players have reported seeing an error message that pops up saying 'queue is disabled' where it usually says 'in queue' on the screen, followed by 'party members aren’t ready.' The Valorant disabled queue error is affecting several players, some of whom have taken to Reddit to look for a solution. However, there is an easy enough fix for the issue.
How to fix the Valorant queue is disabled error
The error doesn’t affect other parts of the login process but usually appears a few seconds after you have queued up for a match. The queue will initially appear normal but turn red and say 'queue is disabled.' Restarting the queue doesn’t seem to get rid of the issue. However, restarting the client is a good fix for this error. Restarting the client and then trying to join a queue should most likely fix the Valorant 'queue is disabled' error. If the error returns after a match, restart the client again to fix it. If the problem persists you can contact Riot support by raising a ticket.
