This comp uses a full Void team to summon Baron Nashor to the front!

Even though Riot Games has been teasing Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Set 9.5 Horizonbound, players are still trying to climb their way to the top of the leaderboard in Patch 13.17. Notably, since this is the last patch of Set 9, players are trying to make the most of the comps they so know works before the mid set update is rolled out.

The Void comp is one of the strongest in TFT Set 9 Runeterra Reforged. This comp uses a full Void team to summon the ultimate monster, Baron Nashor, to the front of your board!

Here's all you need to know about TFT Set 9 Void comp and the items to priortize.

Void 8 Comp in TFT Set 9 Runeterra Reforged

Void is another trait that adds a unit to your board when you  complete the trait. As you hit higher tiers, the Void unit will also grow stronger. This comp uses a full Void team (8) to summon the Baron Nashor on the board.

Here's the breakpoints of Void:

Void: Get a placeable void egg. At the start of combat, it hatches into an unspeakable horror and knocks up adjacent enemies. Each Void star level increases the horror’s Health and Ability Power by 25%.

(3): Void Remora

(6): Rift Herald

(8): Baron Nashor

So when you are going for a 8 Void comp, this will be the full synergy list:

  • 8 Void

  • 1 Empress

  • 2 Bruiser

  • 2 Challenger

  • 2 Sorcerer

Your formation should be as follows:

FRONT ROW:

  • Cho'Gath

  • Rek'Sai

  • Voidling egg

  • Yasuo

  • Kassadin

SECOND ROW:

Bel'Veth

LAST ROW:

  • Kai'Sa

  • Malzahar

  • Vel'Koz

This is generally considered a hard build to do and it requires you to reach level 8. So spend your gold wisely and do not waste by refreshing too much.

Region Portals & Legends for Void Comp in TFT Set 9

At the start of every TFT game in Set 9, all players are given a choice of three portals to random locations within Runeterra, each of which alters the game in different ways. It is also important to make sure that the region's effect aids your composition in the best way.

Unstable Rift is a Void region portal. In this, you gain an unstable completed item that pops off and transforms into a random item every round.

Likewise, while in the lobby, you can choose a Legend, which will help you personalize your playstyle a bit, with the assurance of Augments tailored to your choices. Some of the best Legends for the Void comp are as follows:

  • Urf

  • Veigar

  • Master Yi

The items that you need to prioritize for the Void comp are as follows:

  • Archangel's Staff (Kai'Sa)

  • Jeweled Gauntlet (Kai'Sa)

  • Guardbreaker (Kai'Sa)

  • Titan's Resolve (Bel'Veth)

  • Edge of Night (Bel'Veth)

  • Guinsoo's Rageblade

  • Hextech Gunblade

  • Jeweled Gauntlet

  • Spear of Shojin

Notably, it is important to note that hitting Void 8 is very hard and you can consider going this comp when you get a Void Augment early on to be able to activate Void 8 and when you see an early copy of Bel’Veth.
