On 10th January 2024, the newest League of Legends season dropped with LoL Patch 14.1.
Now, just days later, Riot Games rolled out a hotfix, addressing some of the issues that were apparent on the first patch of the season.

Apart from the void-related changes, new monster, and map and terrain changes, Riot Games has brought forth a plenty of item changes in League of Legends Season 2024. Players have been trying their hardest to do well in both casual and ranked games and understand the new meta, gameplay changes and other minute details.

On 10th January 2024, the newest League of Legends season dropped with LoL Patch 14.1. However, just days later, Riot Games rolled out a hotfix via LoL Patch 14.1b, addressing some of the issues that were apparent on the first patch of the season.

All Buffs & Nerfs in LoL Patch 14.1b

On 12th January, Lead Designer: League Balance Team & Preseason Matt Leung-Harrison aka Riot Phroxzon took to Twitter to note that the overall feeling of the first patch of Season 2024 was positive and that that Riot is simply focusing on changing the snowball effect. While the publisher is not taking drastic actions right now, it is releasing some general nerfs.

Phroxzon said, "So far, it's [snowball] not so high that we feel we need to take drastic action, other than being a bit more nerf heavy than buff heavy. But we're monitoring closely."
