Resurgence is making a return on 15th February and it will have an exclusive map as well.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 launched with 17 maps and more are set to be added to the game with the release of Season 2 on 15th February. The game features 6v6 and Ground Wars modes that you can matchmake into. While knowing all maps can help greatly, you can filter out game modes to play the maps that you enjoy. Here is a rundown of all 17 maps that are available in Modern Warfare 2.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Map List

There are five Ground War maps and 12 6v6 Maps in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. You can limit which maps you can play when queuing via the in-game menus. Head to the Quick Play tab and head to the Filter Mode to choose which modes you want to play. You can follow the same method to only queue into new maps when they come out.

The game modes that take place in 6v6 include:

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 Maps

Warzone 2.0 launched with its own Al-Mazrah map that is set in the Middle East. Older Warzone 1.0 maps are not available and it is unknown if they will ever be added to the game Infinity Ward usually adds one battle royale map a year and we are likely to get one by the end of 2023. 

Resurgence is also not available at the moment and it will be added to the game on 15th February with the Season 2 update. Ashika Island will be the only Resurgence map we have for now until more maps are added in the future. Older Resurgence maps were rumored to be re-added to the game but there is no official confirmation yet.
