League of Legends has a really versatile, vibrant, and diverse champion roster. Riot Games has always tried to keep it fresh while introducing new champions with notable ability kits. Players don’t just stick to playing one or two champions and it always helps to have more than three champions you are good at to climb the ranked ladder. One way to see which champions you play the most is by looking at the Mastery Points you have on the particular champion on the client.
However, a third-party website now allows you to create your own Champions Mastery Chart and view your Mastery Points for all the champions in the same place via a big infographic. Here’s all you need to know about the Mastery system in League of Legends and the Champions Mastery Chart.
League of Legends Mastery System
The mastery system was released in 2015 to recognize players’ investment in a champion and uses skill-based progression to measure advancement. When one wins a game, they’ll earn CP (champion points) toward mastery levels for that champion, and get rewards along the way.
All champions start at Mastery Level 1, 0 CP, and playing and accruing CP, will let you achieve new ranks and rewards. When you go to your profile in the client, you will see your top three champions and when you go to the champions’ page, you can see the mastery level for every champion you own and have played.
But now you can simply go to this third-party website called masterychart.com to view your Mastery Chart for all champions in one place.
Mastery Chart: How to create one?
You must have come across hordes of League of Legends mastery charts over the last week on social media showing different champions in different-sized bubbles. This is the Mastery Chart that everyone has been sharing along with the Mastery Points for every one of them. Creating your own League of Legends Mastery Chart is simple. All you need to do is go to masterychart.com and enter your Summoner name in the search bar that reads "Search a Summoner…" After entering your in-game name, check if the region selected is correct before you initiate the search.
Now, you will be redirected to the page that has the unique infographic of your League of Legends Champion Masteries. Note that you can sort each of the champions by Mastery Level, their class, or by Hextech Chests earned. Apart from this, you can change the way the Mastery Chart looks by choosing between two infographic styles: Packed or Ordered.
You can also interact with the chart by clicking on each of the champions to view their Mastery scores and you can also rearrange the Champion bubbles as per your wish before you share your Mastery Chart.
When you scroll further down, you can also find the Mastery scores for each Champion which is similar to the League of Legends client.
