This Prapor quest has a few optional sub-quests.
Here’s all you need to know about it.

Pavel Yegorovich Romanenko, also known as Prapor, is a trader in Escape from Tarkov who is located at the Verkhneye urban settlement, a small town by the seaside. His services include insurance and repairs currently in the game. The Ice Cream Cones quest is a pick-up type task given by Prapor and takes place on Customs and Woods. The quest requires players to get their hands on a few items in raids. Finishing the Bad Rep Evidence quest will unlock this one for the players. Note that you must be at least level nine to start the Ice Cream Cones quest.

Here’s everything you need to know about the quest and how to finish it.

Ice Cream Cones Quest Guide

The Ice Cream Cones quest is required for the Kappa Container task in Escape from Tarkov. When you take it up, Prapor says that the job is easy and that he’s received an order where someone needs 60-rounders for 5.45 AKs. He notes that there were some in the bunkers near the sawmill. “Well, if you're going for the bunker you'll need that key, I think it's hidden somewhere in dorms on Customs, people have seen some TerraGroup brass there a couple of times. Anyway, I don't care where you find them, but I need you to get them fresh and untouched by some traders. And hurry up, the order is urgent,” Prapor adds.

The objectives of the quest are:

  • Find three AK-74 5.45x39 6L31 60-round magazines in raid

  • Find the key to the bunker in the TerraGroup employee's dorm room (Optional)

  • Locate the locked bunker on Woods (Optional)

  • Hand over the three AK-74 5.45x39 6L31 60-round magazines

For the optional quest where you need to find the ZB-014 key, you need to go to Dorm room number 220 on Customs.

First, to get your hands on the ZB-014 key, you need to have the Dorm room 220 key and then go to the lock location which is in a train car on the western side of Customs. It is a three-story dormitory with a tag reading "220" on it.

You can get the Dorm Room 220 key in the following places:

  • In Drawers

  • In Jackets

  • Pockets and bags of Scavs

In this room, you will find the ZB-014 key and with this, you can open the locked bunker on Woods. The key will unlock the door in the ZB-014 bunker (west side) on Woods where the AK-74 5.45x39 6L31 60-round magazine has a chance to spawn.

ZB-014 bunker

For this task, you need three AK-74 5.45x39 6L31 60-round magazines with the “found in raid” status. You need to keep in mind the following:

  • These magazines have a chance to spawn in the locked room inside the ZB-014 bunker on Woods.

  • You can find them inside weapon boxes and wooden crates.

  • Scav Raiders on Reserve and The Lab can spawn with these magazines. Killa, Glukhar's guards, Sanitar's guards, and Cultists can also spawn with them. While killing these enemies is difficult, it can be rewarding as you get multiple magazines from one body.

  • It is highly possible for you to craft these magazines at the Level 2 Lavatory in your Hideout.
