How to find the Combat Engineer Toolkit Key in Warzone 2 DMZ
The Combat Engineer Toolkit key can be obtained from most locations that have keys. You can just play a few rounds of DMZ and run into the key randomly. To use the key, you need to find the Combat Engineer Toolbox.
The Combat Engineer Toolbox can be found between Oganikku Farms and Tsuki Castle in Ashika Island. Retrieving the loot can be risky as there is a possible SAM site between the farms and the castle and you need to be careful when you make your way to find the toolbox.
There will be plenty of AI combatants that you need to fight so make sure that you come prepared with sufficient gear. The spawn location of the toolbox can vary depending on whether the two buildings between the castle and the farms are part of a SAM site or not.
If there is a SAM site in the area, you will find the toolbox on top of the platform. If there is no SAM site in the area, you will find the toolbox at the center of the platform. The video below details how you can make your way to the toolbox.
The drops from the toolbox are randomized and you can get anything from basic supplies to ammunition. If you find currency, you can consider converting it to experience points.
