Enter your account level by looking at the number near your name in the lobby
Enter how many packs you have purchased till date
Type in your battle pass ranks for all seasons. You can find this information from the Legends menu in-game by checking your badges.
Enter other information like event pack data and you are good to go.
The app will now show how many packs you have opened so far.
If you have already received an heirloom it can be very difficult to calculate how many packs you have opened since then unless you remember when you received it. If you are a season zero player who has played regularly and have completed all premium battle passes, you will receive an heirloom by next season.
