In Valorant, you can show off your quirkiness and your personality by customizing your gun’s loadout. Be it gun cosmetics or cute little charms, there are so many options to choose from to portray your true character. If you are new to the game and are just understanding the cosmetics and personalization of Valorant, all you need to know is that the gun buddies are weapon charms that can be attached to weapons to modify their appearance. They are mostly unlocked by purchasing from Agent Gear using Kingdom Credits, earning through Battle Pass progression, or purchasing them from Collection Bundles. Sometimes, Riot Games also gives away these gun buddies for free during specific events.
Additionally, players are also given gun buddies, player cards, and other rewards for free via the Amazon Prime Gaming collaboration. The Daruma Charm gun buddy is one such free reward that is a part of the Prime Gaming rewards for Valorant.

Daruma Charm Gun Buddy: All You Need to Know
Valorant was released in 2020 and since then, the game has constantly catered to its player base, releasing an array of agents, gun cosmetics, player cards, and gun buddies. Notably, there are currently 338 different gun buddies in Valorant. One such gun buddy that is available through an Amazon Prime Gaming subscription is the ‘Daruma Charm’ gun buddy for this month.
The Daruma Charm gun buddy is a rounded, bright-red one with golden accents on it. You will also notice a face drawn on the gun buddy. Traditionally, a Daruma doll is a hollow, round, Japanese. They are widely considered to be a symbol of richness and a talisman of good luck. Riot Games may have leaned towards the Japanese aesthetics and culture for this gun buddy as a commemoration of the recently-concluded Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2023 Masters Tokyo, Japan.
How to claim the Daruma Charm gun buddy?
The first step is to go to the Prime Gaming website and sign in with your Riot Games account.
You will now be redirected to the Priming Gaming page
Here, you will see an “in-game content” pop-up.
Click on the ‘Claim Now’ option to get the gun buddy in your inventory
Now, you should be able to see the Daruma Charm gun buddy in your collection tab in Valorant
However, if you do not currently have a subscription, you will have to subscribe for either the 30-day free trial or a one-month subscription for Prime Gaming. Following this, you can log in with your Riot account and link the two accounts to receive rewards.
Note that this Daruma Charm gun buddy is only available till 26th July 2023.
