The developer usually posts updates on Twitter in the event of a server crash. If nothing has been posted in the last few hours, the error code may be a problem on your end.

Incase you encounter error code 100, the first thing to do is check your network connection. The error may be a result of issues with your Wi-Fi router. Try resetting your modem by turning it off for 10 seconds and then back on again. Also try unplugging and replugging your router after 10 seconds.
