The Population Census quest in Escape From Tarkov is available to complete on the Streets of Tarkov map location, one of the latest locations added to the game. You’ll be able to do the quest only if you are level 12 or above. The quest is given to you by Elvira Khabibullina, known by her alias "Therapist". Here is all you need to know to complete the Population Census quest in Escape from Tarkov.
Steps in completing Population Census Quest
You will receive instructions about the quest from the Therapist and this quest isn’t a requirement to get a Kappa container. Here is what you need to do:
Obtain the journal containing resident details
Hand over the journal
Players can locate the journal by heading to the Streets of Tarkov map and then to the complex opposite the Pinewood Hotel on the main street.
Go past the archway with the black pirate skull and bones flag and make your way to the graffiti ridden building right in front. You’ll find a kids play area next to it.
The front entrance cannot be used so make your way around the back and enter the fence gate to make your way into the building. Here are five different spawn locations for the journal. Look for a black diary on the shelves and desks. It can spawn in the second office on your right on the bookshelves located on the right side.
Go through the corridor and take a left, make your way to the end. It spawns in the last office on the left. It spawns on the desk with the CD.
It can also spawn in the third office on the right, under the table lamp.
It can also spawn on the shelf with the plant in the reception area.
The last possible spawn is on the first floor, in the pile of books on the shelf that has been knocked over.
