How to Complete Scrap Metal in Escape From Tarkov

The Scrap Metal quest in Escape From Tarkov is available to complete on the Shoreline map, the fourth location added to the game. You’ll be able to do the quest only if you are level 10 or above. It is given to you by Tadeusz Pilsudski, known by his alias "Peacekeeper". Here is all you need to know to complete Scrap Metal in Escape from Tarkov.

Steps in completing Scrap Metal in Escape from Tarkov

• Mark the first T-90 tank with an MS2000 Marker on Shoreline

• Mark the second T-90 tank with an MS2000 Marker on Shoreline

• Mark the third T-90 tank with an MS2000 Marker on Shoreline

• Survive and extract from the location

You’ll first need to get 3 x MS2000 Markers. These can be obtained from Prapor. 

Make your way to Shoreline and look for the three T-90 tanks in the following locations:

The first tank is located just before the bridge that goes from the tunnel extraction through the village. You’ll find the tank close to the bus stop.

The second tank is located next to a bunker north of the resort, near the river. Note that there is a sniper in the area, so you’ll have to be careful.

The third tank is located on the bridge between the power station and the weather station. Follow the dirt road and you’ll find the tank towards the south. 

Once you complete all the objectives, it is important to note that players must extract safely without being killed by enemy players or Scavs. Completing Scrap Metal will get you the following rewards:

• +5,900 EXP

• Peacekeeper Rep +0.03

• 900 Dollars

• 945 Dollars with Intelligence Center Level 1

• 1035 Dollars with Intelligence Center Level 2

• 1× HK MP5 9x19 submachine gun (Navy 3 Round Burst)

• 120× 9x19mm Pst gzh

• Unlocks purchase of HK MP5 9x19 submachine gun (Navy 3 Round Burst) (variant SD) at Peacekeeper LL2
