Amazon Prime and Respawn Entertainment are resuming their collaboration to offer Prime members a chance to claim a free Legend skin, banner and gun skin for October 2021. Players can unlock the ‘Electric Royalty’ Wattson Skin, ‘Ornate Orchid’ Volt SMG Skin, and ‘Shocking Portrait’ Wattson Banner frame for free with their Prime Gaming membership. Prime Gaming Skins have been a regular perk for Amazon Prime users since Apex Legends' launch in 2019. Last month it was Mirage's turn with the Brand Ambassador Mirage skin. Prime members can also get more free content for FIFA 21, GTA Online and other EA games like Madden 22 and Star Wars: Squadrons.
How to redeem Apex Legends Prime Gaming skins
Players can redeem the new Rare ‘Ornate Orchid’ Volt skin, ‘Electric Royalty’ Wattson Skin and ‘Shocking Portrait’ Wattson Banner frame between October 8th and November 18th. Here is how you can redeem Amazon Prime Gaming Apex Legends rewards for October 2021:
1. Visit the Apex Legends Prime Gaming website and scroll down.
2. Click ‘Claim Now’ above the Electric Royalty bundle.
3. Sign in with your Amazon Prime account details.
4. Once you’ve logged in, claim the skin.
Note: Make sure your EA account is not linked with Twitch, you will be redirected to the EA website to sign in and link the two accounts.
After launching the game, players can find their new Wattson skin by selecting ‘Legends', navigating to Wattson and Skins. For the Banner frame, select ‘Legends’, go to Wattson and ‘Banners’, and for the Weapon Skin: select ‘Loadout’, go to ‘Sub Machine Guns’ and ‘Volt’. Be sure to scroll down as these items come under the category of Epic or Rare cosmetics, and may not be displayed at the top.
2021 has had some great Amazon Prime Apex Legends skin drops including Adrenaline Affliction Octane, Sakura Steel Revenant. Even newer legends like Valkyrie and Seer have gotten amazing Prime Gaming skins like Punk Rocket Valkyrie and Check Me Out Seer.
