Loadout Drops can be acquired via random drops, Strongholds and Buy Stations in Warzone 2.0.
Purchasing a loadout from a Buy Station requires 5000 credits and it is the safest way to acquire your favorite weapons.
Strongholds and random map drops can be risky to obtain loadouts, but they do not require credits.

Loadout Drops have been added to Warzone 2.0 to remove the typical randomness players experience in battle royale games. Grabbing a loadout drop lets you get your preferred loadout in any match which can make a difference between winning and losing. Once you set up a loadout using all acquired weapons and attachments, you are ready to grab your loadout drops whenever you want. There are three ways to get loadout drops in Warzone 2.0 and here’s how you can get them.

Loadout Drops in Warzone 2.0

These are the three ways to get loadout drops in Warzone 2.0. Loadout Drop Markers are your main way of calling in Loadout Drops - Buy Stations, Strongholds and random spawns during Circle Collapses. The easiest way to get your Loadout drop is by purchasing it  for 5000 credits. It is much safer than the other two options available but saving up credits can be tricky.

Strongholds is your next best bet as you need to head inside any one of the three Strongholds in Al-Mazrah. They have artificial intelligence combatants and they may have other players trying to grab their loadouts too. You need to make your way in and disarm the bombs inside to secure your loadout.

There are also two Loadout Drops that will drop during the match. The first one drops within the first two circle collapses and one in the late-game – that anyone can grab.

Loadout drops are not easy to grab by any means. All other players will be able to see the smoke and the helicopter drop in the package, turning that immediate area into dangerous territory. It may be wise to scout ahead before and while your Loadout Drop arrives, as you may not be the only one looking for a serious loadout upgrade.

Once you arrive at a Loadout Drop (it doesn’t matter who calls a drop), interacting with it will open a menu where you can choose between your custom Loadouts, as well as some Default ones. After choosing a Loadout, the weapons and equipment you are currently carrying will be dropped in front of the package, allowing you or your squad-mates to pick them up like normal loot. Meanwhile, you are automatically equipped with the Loadout you chose.
