You can get the exclusive Billie Eilish skin in Fortnite by purchasing the Fortnite Festival Season 3 Festive Pass. The Green Roots Billie Outfit will be instantly available for players who buy this season's Festive Pass. The Festive Pass costs 1,800 V-Bucks and comes with other exclusive cosmetics as well.

However, if you progress through the premium Festive Pass, you'll also unlock an alternative style for Billie Eilish's skin. Dubbed the "Ultraviolet" style, it turns Billie's T-shirt black. Epic Games has already confirmed that this particular style is exclusive to Season 3's Festive Pass and won't be coming to the Item Shop. However, the standard version of Billie Eilish skin and other cosmetics may become purchasable in the Item Shop in the future.
How Long Will Billie Eilish Skin Be Available to Unlock?
According to the official information by Epic Games, the Billie Eilish skin and the alternative style will be available to unlock until 13th June 2024. After this, the skins will be vaulted. As we've said before, the standard skin and other cosmetics from the Festive Pass might be added to the Item Shop at a much later date. However, there's no confirmation of this as of now. Epic Games will surely provide us an update on whether they ever plan to bring back Billie Eilish's skin in the game.
