Golden Swag quest in Escape from Tarkov is given by trader Alexander Fyodorovich Kiselyov also known by his alias Skier. You will unlock this quest once you finish ‘What’s on the flash drive?’ Players should note that the Gold Swag quest is required for the Kappa Container and to begin the Chemical Part 1 quest. You need to be at least level eight to begin this Skier task, which takes place on Customs, the second location that was added to the game.

Golden Swag Quest Explained

The Golden Swag quest objectives are as follows:

  • Find the Gilded Zibbo lighter

  • Stash the Gilded Zibbo lighter in the bunkhouse in the trailer parking lot on Customs

Note that you need the Dorm Room 303 key to open the dorm room in the three-story dorms on Customs to find the Golden Zibbo lighter. You can search for this key in the pockets and bags of Scavs and in jackets. Additionally, Skier will hand you the ‘Trailer park portable cabin key’ once you accept this quest. Hence, make sure to check your messages from Skier. 

Firstly, you need to enter the three-story dorms on Customs through the main entrance and take the flight of stairs to the topmost floor to reach room 303. From this room, you will have to pick up the Golden Zibbo lighter and it will get placed in your quest inventory. Following this, head to the cabin that is on the south of the large red Paradigm warehouse in the parking lot. Here, use the Trailer park portable cabin key to unlock and enter.

After unlocking the cabin, you will see a prompt to place the Golden Zibbo lighter. Now, you are required to stay in the cabin by holding down your use key (default F) for 30 seconds. Note that releasing the key or facing any kind of interruption will reset the timer. 

Once you have placed the lighter in the cabin, the Golden Swag quest is automatically completed and you do not have to extract without dying.

The rewards for the Golden Swag quest are as follows:

  • 4,500 EXP

  • Skier Rep +0.04

  • 17,000 Roubles

  • 17,850 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1

  • 19,550 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2

  • 1× Soyuz-TM STM-9 Gen.2 9x19 carbine

  • 2× Glock 9x19 "Big Stick" 33-round magazine

  • 120× 9x19mm Green Tracer

  • Unlocks purchase of VOMZ Pilad P1x42 Weaver reflex sight at Skier LL1
