While it offers an awesome ‘Lavatronik’ Bass as the final reward for the free tier, the coveted Green Roots Billie Eilish outfit can be obtained upon purchasing the Premium Reward Track within the pass. The Festival Pass for Season 3 offers 22 different items as a reward upon purchase. This would cost you 1,800 V-Bucks and includes the Green Roots Billie Eilish Outfit which is the headliner of this season.
