Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 allows players to carry three weapons in the inventory.
Here’s a detailed guide on how to do it.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 dropped its Season 1 on 16th November and introduced new mechanics, reinventing the existing battle royale formula, alongside the 19th addition to the Call of Duty (COD) series, Modern Warfare 2. Activision and Infinity Ward welcomed players to Al Mazrah, the new map in the game, where they will head to the metropolitan area and rural outskirts within the Republic of Adal in this new iteration of the free-to-play battle royale. Notably, COD Warzone 2.0 has been built from the ground up as the ultimate Battle Royale experience as promised by the publisher. Additionally, several significant changes are on the way to Warzone 2.0, including a Gulag system, and a new version of an extraction shooter mode titled DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).

Can you carry three weapons in Warzone 2.0?

The original Warzone allowed players to carry two primary weapons and now its sequel allows players to carry three. This opens up more opportunities where players can keep one weapon handy for every type of combat scenario. If you have been playing DMZ in Warzone 2, you might already know how to carry three weapons in your inventory at the same time. But if you are just hearing about this, note that the process is fairly simple.

First of all in order to carry three weapons in Warzone 2.0, players will either need to have a medium or large backpack. Some of the best landing spots in Al Mazrah where you can find one of these backpacks include Ahkdar Village, Al Mazrah City, Hydroelectric, and Sawah Village.

Once you’ve got your hands on a medium or large backpack, all you need to do is follow these steps:

  • Have your two base weapons equipped

  • Look for a third weapon that you want to carry

  • Once you pick up your third weapon, you will see a pop-up option.

  • The option “Hold to Stow” will appear when you hover over the third weapon

  • Now, hold your interact button to stow the weapon in your backpack.

  • If you’re a PC player, the default way to stow items is by holding the Tab key.

Once you’ve followed the above-mentioned steps, you will have two weapons in-hand and one in your backpack. In Warzone 2.0, you can open the backpack anytime to switch between the weapon choices. All you need to do is click on the third weapon in your backpack while holding the weapon you want to replace it with.

With this, you can carry an assault rifle, an SMG, and a sniper rifle on you and make the most of the meta.
