Broadcast Part 2 Quest in Escape from Tarkov Explained

Broadcast Part 2 quest takes place on the new Streets of Tarkov map that was introduced to Escape from Tarkov via the 0.13 update on 28th December 2022. This quest is also given by trader Sergey Arsenyevich Samoylov, known by his alias "Mechanic." Broadcast Part 2 quest is a continuation of Broadcast Part 1 that happened on Lighthouse, where we were hired to locate the hidden recording studio and place a signal jammer inside the studio to prevent some people from livestreaming surgeries. The only requirement for this Mechanic task is that you must be at least level 15 to start the quest.

Broadcast Part 2 Quest Guide

When you take up this quest, Mechanic says, “Friend, remember when you and I shut down that broadcast with the jammer at the Lighthouse? These people started it up again. The guys showed me the tape, it's just... I'm speechless. I regret watching it. Can you find a new location where the broadcast is coming from? From the surroundings, it looks like some kind of grocery store.”

The quest objectives are as follows:

• Locate the place of the bloody broadcast inside the grocery store on Streets of Tarkov

• Survive and extract from the location

For the Broadcast Part 2 Quest, you will have to go to the back of the Sparja Grocery Store on the Streets of Tarkov which is situated between the Lexos building and the Collapsed Crane.

Your PMC will spawn right in front of the Sparja Grocery Store and you have to enter the store through the main entrance. Here, you will have to walk straight till you meet with a counter that you cannot cross and now you need to walk left to enter the counter. You will notice a camera and a chopped-off hand on the countertop. As you walk between the chopped hand and the camera, you will get a subtask complete pop-up on your screen.

However, you will have to survive the extract and leave the raid successfully to reap your rewards from Mechanic.

• 7,400 EXP

• Mechanic Rep +0.02

• 46.354 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1

• 51.194 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2

• 1x Steyr AUG A1 5.56x45 assault rifle

• 3× Steyr AUG 5.56x45 10-round magazine

• 60× 5.56x45mm M855
