The Finals adds a fresh twist to the battle royale franchise with a focus on arena-based destruction. The game has a number of classes to choose from with each class getting access to a pool of common gadgets and some special class-specific ones. These gadgets can be used both offensively and defensively to damage. Some gadgets will damage, slow, and block enemies while others can be used to get across the map faster or look for enemies.
