According to TI1 champion Oleksandr "XBOCT" Dashkevych, teams, and players can help eliminate toxicity in Dota 2 through different disciplinary actions and by presenting an influence on the community.
In describing how professional conduct affects toxicity in Dota 2, XBOCT mentioned the personalities of two Dota 2 players with large fan bases: Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi and Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev.
As XBOCT pointed out, Miracle- has been known to be calm and not to lose his temper, while RAMZES666 has been known to engage in arguments with other pro players, which has a negative influence on the community.

Playing Dota 2 is fun, but we all know how toxic it can be. Frequently, players encounter a lot of hate, toxicity, spam, and other things in their pubs, which makes the playing experience less fulfilling. On the "Your Scenario" YouTube channel, The International 1 (TI1) champion Oleksandr "XBOCT" Dashkevych stated that teams and players can assist in eliminating toxicity from the community using various disciplinary actions. To illustrate how the behavior of professionals can impact the community, XBOCT talked about the personalities of two Dota 2 players with a considerable fanbase - Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi and Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev.

XBOCT explains how the behavior of professionals have an impact on toxicity in Dota 2

“If anything is to be done to eradicate toxicity from the community, it should all come from team management. They have to bring it to their players through penalties, talk, whatever it takes. The main thing is to get what they want,” XBOCT said.

According to him, Miracle-, the TI7 champion who currently represents Nigma Galaxy, contributes to the Dota 2 community in a positive way. XBOCT said that he is not prone to losing his temper or getting into arguments with others. In his own experiences and conversations with him as well, XBOCT said that Miracle- was a calm individual.

“I haven't heard of [Miracle- having a run-in or berating anyone], and he's one of the toughest, most respected players in the world. Anybody you ask who Miracle- is, they'll tell you, "He's handsome. The ideal behavior." I know him in life, we went out a few times, sat together, chatted, he's exactly the same person in life. Yes, maybe he has some hidden demons, nevertheless he has an incredibly positive impact on the community and sets an example to follow.”

Following the discussion about Miracle-, XBOCT talked about RAMZES666, another popular player with numerous achievements, saying that while he personally liked him, RAMZES666’s constant tendency to fight and argue with other players creates a negative impact on the community in terms of toxicity.

“RAMZES666 is an awesome guy, but he finds it possible to argue with everyone, send everyone away and insult them. This has happened repeatedly. Despite my love for him, I realize that this is a nightmare for the community. And he was an idol - an apostle, as they say. It is not for nothing that they call people they look up to. Just by his word a new wave of these doters is born.”

A lot of what XBOCT said about Miracle- and RAMZES666’s behavior is in line with the histories of the two players.

While there are no notable incidents of unwanted aggression or disagreements with other teammates in Miracle-’s case, RAMZES666 has been called out in the past for his hostile behavior in pubs, where he is no stranger to yelling at teammates and other players.
