The International 10 (TI10)'s group stage has ended and with it, the 16 teams who will compete in the Main Event for the lion's share of the $40,018,195 USD prize pool have been determined. Two South American teams, SG esports, and Thunder Predator were eliminated in the group stage. Eight of the remaining 16 teams have been seeded into the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the other eight have been seeded into the lower bracket. The Main Event will be held from 12th Oct 2021 to 17th Oct 2021.

Dota 2 action during the Main Event is likely to be the best we have seen in the past two years. As we begin with the Main Event on 12th Oct 2021, there will be some spicy upper bracket brawls between teams like Team Secret and OG, as well as some tense lower bracket matches such as Evil Geniuses vs Elephant. We will witness the making of history on 17th Oct when the grand final will take place and the tenth Dota 2 world champion will be crowned. OG is the reigning world champion.
