T1, Fnatic, and More to Feature in BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia

T1 and Fnatic, the two International 10 (TI10) Southeast Asia (SEA) representatives, will be seen competing in the Beyond the Summit (BTS) Pro Series Season 7.
In addition to Fnatic and T1, two more teams have been directly invited to the group stage, while the remaining teams have been invited to the closed qualifier of the event.
Both TNC Predator and BOOM Esports, two of the biggest SEA names, are absent from this event.

T1 and Fnatic, the two International 10 (TI10) Southeast Asia (SEA) representatives, will be seen competing in the Beyond the Summit (BTS) Pro Series Season 7. While BTS announced the tournament a few days ago, the teams were unveiled earlier today on 22nd July 2021. In addition to Fnatic and T1, two more teams have been directly invited to the group stage, while the remaining teams have been invited to the closed qualifier of the BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia. Both TNC Predator and BOOM Esports, two of the biggest SEA names, are absent from this event.

Teams for BTS Pro Series S7: SEA revealed

Four teams that have been directly invited to the group stage of the BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia are as follows:

  • T1

  • Fnatic

  • Team SMG

  • Motivate.Trust Gaming

Six teams that have been invited to the closed qualifier of the event are as follows:

  • OB.Neon

  • Execration

  • 496 Gaming

  • Galaxy Racer

  • Lilgun

  • Army Geniuses

BTS Pro Series S7: SEA teams

On 24th and 25th July 2021, there will be an open qualifier for the tournament. The team that wins the qualifier will proceed to the closed qualifier.

BTS mentioned on Twitter that BOOM Esports will not be participating in this tournament as they are taking a break after the SEA qualifier for TI10.

The main tournament of BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia will begin on 27th July 2021 and will last until 15th Aug 2021. It will be an epic battle for the $50,000 USD prize pool between the competing teams. Format, broadcast information, and the schedule for the event are yet to be released.

There are a lot of roster rumors surrounding the SEA scene right now, and a lot might be clarified once the teams announce their lineups for the BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia.

From 4th-22nd August, BTS will also hold a similar tournament for the Americas region. Teams directly invited to this event have yet to be announced.
