T1 vs Invictus Gaming: Match Recap and Highlights

Recap

Game 1 had a very dull start with only three kills in the first 15 minutes. As soon as teamfights started, 23savage's Gyrcopter was the only hero dealing damage to T1. Kuku's Night Stalker and Karl's Dragon Knight were good for one enemy support but faded when faced with more heroes. Invictus Gaming gradually took over, winning the first game in 37 minutes.

Game 2 was much closer, with both teams making some important plays in the opening 25 minutes. In fact, T1 maintained quite a controlling presence on most of the map, denying flyfly a chance to effectively farm on his Troll Warlord. The tables turned in favor of Invictus Gaming after one teamfight was lost by T1 around the Roshan pit. NothingToSay's Ember Spirit and JT-'s Doom put in hard work as their team won in 40 minutes.

Fnatic vs Vici Gaming: Match Recap and Highlights

Recap

In game 1, Fnatic performed well in the laning stage and scored some key kills. However, in the mid game, they were unable to make impactful playoff plays due to an impotent support duo consisting of Silencer and Rubick. Vici Gaming masterfully maneuvered around the map and prolonged the game to the point where they got BKBs. From that point on, they won all teamfights and won the game in 41 minutes.

Game 2 was arguably one of the top contests so far in the tournament. In just 15 minutes, Fnatic jumped to a 4k lead thanks to an excellent laning phase. In the middle stages of the game, just when it seemed like Fnatic was going to cruise to victory, Vici Gaming struck back. It all came down to teamfights and buybacks then, and with ChYuan's top-class Storm Spirit gameplays, Fnatic won in 54 minutes.
