Syed Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan has consistently drawn a lot of viewers to his Twitch streams lately. Although he is most often seen queueing games, he does occasionally chat with the audience. Recently, SumaiL gave his opinion regarding PSG.LGD, a team that is dubbed the best in the world currently and one of the leading candidates for The International 10 (TI10), as well as its members. According to him, PSG.LGD’s safelaner, Wang "Ame" Chunyu is the best player in the world at the moment. Furthermore, SumaiL had an interesting opinion about PSG.LGD's midlaner, Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang, saying that he was the most replaceable player there.
SumaiL talks about Ame and what makes PSG.LGD so strong
During a recent livestream, SumaiL was asked who in his opinion is the best player in the world at present to which he responded, “I don’t think there is a best player right now. If I had to say right now, right now it would be Ame.”
Among other PSG.LGD players, NothingToSay has seen enormous praise in recent months from the community and was arguably the MVP of the WePlay AniMajor where PSG.LGD easily defeated all teams to claim the championship title. SumaiL, however, had an unpopular opinion on the same as he expanded on how he felt about the other squad members of the Chinese squad.
According to the OG safelaner, PSG.LGD can destroy any team, even if they replace NothingToSay with any top 10 midlane player. Together with Ame, he said the Chinese team's position three (Zhang "Faith_bian" Ruida), position four (Zhao "XinQ" Zixing), and position five (Zha9ng "y`" Yiping) players are what make it special.
“Dude, it might just be me but I feel like PSG.LGD can have any of the top 10 mid players right now and they would still stomp. That’s just how I feel. I think he (NothingToSay) is pretty good but he is not irreplaceable. I think their (position) three, four, five is what makes it and then Ame is just a beast. I think NothingToSay is their most replaceable player.”
NothingToSay has not played with the Chinese squad recently as he was unable to join the squad's bootcamp in Europe due to travel issues. As a result, the team's coach, Zhang "xiao8" Ning, has been playing as a substitute. However, the team still looks strong, having finished second in the ESL One Fall 2021 and reaching the grand final of the Sapphire OGA Dota PIT Invitational. Many of the teams competing at TI10 competed in these two events.
OG and PSG.LGD will be on display at TI10, which runs from 7th to 17th Oct, 2021.
