In addition to the DPC 2021-22 Tour 1, where the same teams are competing for the coveted Major slots and DPC points, this event will be a bonus for the viewers. On the other hand, teams will have the opportunity to practice strategies that they can use in their DPC games, and also gain a better understanding of each other's playstyle. As teams usually only play one series per week in the DPC, the OGA Dota PIT Europe/CIS S5 will give the teams more game time with each other.
