Ceb seems to have played a lot of Dota 2 matches lately, having logged 119 matches in the last eight days. As per the data from Dota 2 Pro Tracker, he was ranked first among pro players who have played the most games in the last eight days. In second place at 114, behind Sébastien "Ceb" Debs, is popular Dota 2 streamer, Mihai "canceL^^" Antonio. The OG offlaner, however, seems to be taking a break from such a grind now after tweeting about it. In addition, he has not played a single game on his main account in the past day.
Ceb plays a lot of casual Dota 2 during this competitive offseason
Due to the lack of competitive events since OG qualified for The International 10 (TI10) last month, Ceb has been spending quite a bit of time playing Dota 2 pubs. He has been consistently at the top of the charts of pro players playing ranked matches and has averaged 15 games a day for the past eight days.
Following Ceb and canceL^^, two other players crossed the 100 games mark in the last eight days. A total of 107 games were played by Virtus.pro's captain, Vitalie "Save-" Melnic, and 106 games were played by Song "Sccc" Chun, the Chinese midlaner/carry.
Ceb played a lot of comfort heroes during this time. Magnus was his most played hero, 16 times with nine wins and seven losses. The second and third most played heroes were Monkey King and Enigma, with 15 and 14 games respectively. In his 119 games, the OG offlaner had a win rate of 45.4%. Most of the games were played in the core role.
Having played a lot in the last few days, Ceb is now heading to Lebanon to get some rest before joining OG for their final sprint to TI10.
OG will not compete in the upcoming ESL One Fall 2021 tournament. Juan M.R. Luna, the team's CEO, announced in the organization's official Discord channel that the team will be taking a break for the time being.
He also said that the team is likely to get together by the end of this month.
TI10 will return this year after a long delay. It will take place on 7-17th Oct 2021, in Bucharest, Romania. OG qualified for the event in July 2021 after defeating Tundra Esports 3-2 in the grand finals of TI10's Western Europe (WEU) qualifier. As the reigning back to back TI champions with victories at TI8 and TI9, OG will defend its title in Romania this year.
