Michał "Nisha" Jankowski, the mid-lane player for Team Liquid was present for a post-match interview after the team’s 1-1 draw against Beastcoast.
In the interview, Nisha said that he would like to face off against Shopify Rebellion next as that would be ‘fun’.
The mid-laner also said that he and his team have already faced off against teams from South America (SA), Southeast Asia (SEA), and Europe (EU), and wants to play against North American teams (NA) next.

Team Liquid has been on a roll lately in the world of Dota 2, and its mid-laner, Michał "Nisha" Jankowski, has been a big part of the team’s success. Considered by many to be the best team in the world, Team Liquid has had an impressive run at Dreamleague Season 19, having qualified for Group Stage 2 of the tournament by topping the group stage tables. In a post-match interview after a draw against Beastcoast, Nisha expressed his desire to play against North American (NA) teams in the next stage of the tournament.

Nisha wants to play against NA teams moving forward in Dreamleague Season 19

When asked about which team he would like to compete against in the next stage Nisha expressed that he was looking forward to facing Shopify Rebellion. “I would have to check. But maybe, Spotify Rebellion (referring to Shopify Rebellion) I guess. Just for fun,” he said.

“I think we have played teams from SEA. I dont want to play any EU team anymore. SA I have played and there’s not many China teams I guess, so, NA is left,” the midlaner added.

Team Liquid’s group at Dreamleague Season 19 did does not include the top 2 ranked NA teams, which may be one of the reasons behind Nisha wanting to face off against Shopify Rebellion moving forward. The team’s impressive run in the first group stages of the tournament set them up as one of the top contenders to win it all. While many fans may have wanted to watch Shopify Rebellion’s mid-laner Abed "Abed" Yusop go head-to-head against Nisha, it may not be possible as Mikey is currently standing-in for Shopify Rebellion as Abed could not secure his visa in time.

The first group stages of Dreamleague Season 19 are almost over, with only tiebreakers between Aster, Execration, and TSM for 4th-6th place standings remaining in Group A and between Team Spirit, OG, and Beastcoast in Group B for 3rd-5th place standings. Team Liquid has already qualified for the second group stage of the tournament and is expected to play again sometime on April 14th.

After a last-minute substitute before the Grand Finals of the Lima Major 2023 and their subsequent loss against Gaimin Gladiators, Team Liquid look starved for a tournament win, after having some of the most dominant performances in recent times. Looking ahead, the team's would be looking to secure a Major victory at the upcoming Berlin Major 2023 to get a major win under its belt.
