During a recent post-match winner's interview, Team Liquid's midlaner Micha "Nisha" Jankowski mentioned the most challenging midlaners in Western Europe (WEU).
Nisha noted Quinn "Quinn" Callahan and Daniel "Stormstormer" Schoetzau as two players who are difficult, "boring" to play against, and can farm quicker than him.
Nisha's team Liquid has won three out of four series in the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 2: Division I, building on its top performance at the Lima Major 2023.

In the last few years, Team Liquid's midlaner Micha "Nisha" Jankowski has established himself as one of the most skilled and impactful Dota 2 players. It is his stellar lane performance, ability to scale, and knack to carry games for his team time and again that make him one of the most sought-after players in the game. Despite being such an all-rounder, Nisha still finds it challenging to play against two players in Western Europe (WEU) - Quinn "Quinn" Callahan and Daniel "Stormstormer" Schoetzau. After Liquid’s 2-0 win over Entity in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) WEU 2023 Tour 2: Division I, Nisha acknowledged that these two fellow WEU midlaners are difficult to play against and can farm faster than him.

During the post-match winner’s interview following Team Liquid's win over Entity in the DPC 2023, Nisha, the midlaner for Liquid, was a rare interviewee. And as part of the conversation, he identified two tough opponents.

“I mean, Quinnao for sure. I don’t why but I am just bored when I play against him, to be honest. And then probably Stormstormer because he farms too much. If somebody outfarms me, I am tilted and it’s gg.”

“I am a versatile player. Usually farming is the best,” he added upon being asked if he likes farming or playing with his teammates.

Additionally, during the interview, Nisha highlighted how he feels he is improving during his time with Team Liquid.

“I think so (on improving with Liquid). I don’t know what to say. I have peaked already and then I had two slow years but now I think I am going up again a bit slowly. That’s the plan.”

During Nisha's growth with Liquid, there is one member with whom he has developed the strongest bond - his coach William "Blitz" Lee. Even as he joked about the Team Liquid coach, Nisha had kind words for him.

“Every time we scrim, he’s (Blitz) just sleeping. How is this possible? Overall, for real, just positive vibes I think. He pushes me to practice more. He pushes me to get a healthy lifestyle as well. The strategy aspect of the team is probably one of the best in Europe so I am happy.”

Following up on its form from the Lima Major, Liquid has so far won three out of four series in the DPC WEU 2023 Tour 2: Division I. The team’s next series will be against Tundra Esports on 27th March, and a win there will cement its position as one of the top contenders for the Berlin Major from WEU.
