In a recent team vlog, BetBoom Team's Nightfall revealed the strong unity behind the team post-DreamLeague Season 20
BetBoom's unity can be seen in its recent results as it has secured commendable standings in the last few tournaments.

In Betboom Team’s recent team vlog, Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko, the team’s carry player, talked about how united his team is. He revealed that he feels the team has become more united after securing second place at the DreamLeague Season 20. BetBoom Team’s performance in recently held tournaments may have already hinted towards the roster playing as a “cohesive team” and not as five individually skilled people playing in the same roster.

The proof lies in BetBoom Team’s roster recording commendable results in recent tournaments, securing top four spots in the last three tournaments. Thanks to its consistent commendable performance in the last few ESL tournaments, BetBoom Team became the first team to qualify for Riyadh Masters at the Esports World Cup 2024.

Nightfall’s Insider Report Sheds Light on BetBoom Team’s Unity

I think our team has become pretty cohesive since DreamLeague Season 20, where we took second place last year,” revealed Nightfall in the recent team vlog on YouTube.

Securing the second position at the DreamLeague 20 could have been the crucial turning point in the team’s history since before this, BetBoom Team was performing poorly. This could have likely caused further distress in the team.

He further added, “Since then, plus or minus, our group of people has stopped being just a pack, a set of people, and has already turned into a team, we have plus or minus united.”

Talking about the current state of the team, he said, “And at the moment, I think the team is quite united, we are moving as one mechanism, roughly speaking.”

The current roster of the team has been playing together since 8th December 2022 but earlier this year, BetBoom Team changed its offlaner from Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko to Matvey "MieRo`" Vasyunin. Since MieRo joined the team, BetBoom Team secured 3rd place at the BetBoom Dacha 2024 Dubai and 2nd place at the recently concluded DreamLeague Season 22.

The current roster of the team currently comprises:

  • Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko

  • Danil "gpk" Skutin

  • Matvey "MieRo`" Vasyunin

  • Vitalie "Save-” Melnic

  • Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek

Notably after securing the second place finish at the recently concluded DreamLeague, BetBoom Team rocketed through the EPT Leaderboard and is currently sitting on the top of the chart with 8030 EPT points. Due to this, BetBoom Team became the first team to qualify for the Riyadh Masters at the Esports World Cup 2024 which many speculate to be bigger than The International.
