BOOM Esports could be looking towards a full rebuild as its carry player Souliya "JaCkky" Khoomphetsavong revealed that he is looking for a new team.
Apart from Saieful "Fbz" Ilham, 4 out of 5 players from BOOM Esports have announced that they’re exploring options for the next season of the DPC.
However, BOOM Esports may not necessarily lose all of its players. CEO Gary “Natshuba” Ongko confirmed that “players that are currently LFT are not 100% leaving,” and that they may choose to stick with the organization.

BOOM Esports may be staring at a full rebuild of its Dota 2 roster as Souliya "JaCkky" Khoomphetsavong has also announced that he will be exploring new options for the upcoming 2022/2023 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season. JaCkky joined the Indonesian organization during the Regional Finals of the first SEA (Southeast Asia) DPC tour of the season, replacing Justine "Tino" Grimaldo.

Since then, JaCkky has been steadily building his reputation with the team as one of the best carries in the region. However, following the team’s disappointing result at its first ever International the Laotian carry is looking at other opportunities for the upcoming season.

4/5 of BOOM’s current roster are currently LFT, with Fbz as the exception

The Southeast Asia (SEA) region continues to provide us with twists and turns during the post-TI (The International) roster shuffle season as BOOM Esports’ Souliya "JaCkky" Khoomphetsavong has announced that he will pursue other opportunities for the upcoming season on Twitter.

The news came as a shock to many, as the community expected him to stay with the organization for the upcoming 2022/2023 DPC season. However with Erin "Yopaj" Ferrer, Rolen "Skem" Ong & Timothy "Tims" Randrup having announced that they will be looking for options going into next season earlier this week, JaCkky is also open to exploring options.

BOOM Esports had a great start to the season, as they dominated the SEA region and won the GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022. However, despite having qualified for its first ever International the team only managed to achieve a top twelve finish at TI11 by beating defending champions Team Spirit in the first round of the Lower Bracket.

While 4 out of the 5 players from Boom Esports are currently looking for new opportunities, the players could also decide to renew their contracts with the team for the upcoming season. According to BOOM Esports CEO Gary “Natshuba” Ongko, he stated that “LFT doesn't mean they 100% leaving, they're just looking for offers / keeping options open before deciding”.
